Cookie policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Short version: we use cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service safe. We do not use them to follow you around the internet.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They let a site remember things between requests, that you are signed in for example, and help protect it from abuse.

2. What we do not do

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, retargeting pixels or data brokers. We do not sell or share browsing data.

3. What we do use

  • Strictly necessary. Session and authentication cookies on the dashboard, so you can sign in, manage API keys and complete a payment. The dashboard does not work without them, and they are exempt from consent requirements.
  • Security. Short-lived cookies used for rate limiting, bot protection and abuse prevention. They hold no personal profile.
  • Preferences. Local storage of choices you make on this site, such as a dismissed banner. This stays in your browser.
  • Product analytics, only with your consent. We use PostHog, hosted in the United States and bound by a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses, to see which pages and dashboard features are used and which errors the site hits in your browser. If you accept, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser, and when you are signed in to the dashboard it links your activity to your account and your organisation. It does not record your screen, capture what you type, or see API keys, prompts or outputs. If you reject, or have not chosen yet, nothing is stored in your browser; pages may still be counted anonymously, with no identifier that could link one visit to another. No cross-site profile is built.

4. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time, and it takes effect immediately:

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking all cookies, including the strictly necessary ones, will stop you from signing in to the dashboard or managing keys.

Guidance for each browser is collected at aboutcookies.org.
